This pendant is made of 18k white gold and weighs five grams. There are six natural blue sapphires and 1 natural diamond prong set in the center of the pendant. The sapphires have been heat treated. They are AAA quality and have a total weight of .49 carats. The diamond weighs .06 carats and is G color and VS clarity. The design is a 3/4 inch puffed circle. Inside the puffed circle are the blue sapphires and diamond are arranged in a flower design. The pendant has a small bail and there is an eighteen inch cable chain permanently attached. The chain has a lobster clasp.
